Warranty Program

The HSI Relax Release is covered against defects, breakage, and normal wear. If you experience a problem, contact us and we will replace the damaged or worn parts at no charge. Please note that the warranty does not cover lost items.

Send us a photo of the worn or damaged part along with a brief description of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We primarily ship using USPS Priority Mail, but FedEx and UPS shipping options are also available upon request.

If you are not completely satisfied with your HSI Relax Release, you may return it for a refund.

Yes. Free shipping also includes return shipping for eligible returns.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted, but exchanges are not currently available.

Please contact us with the reason for your return. Photos may also be requested if needed to help process the return quickly.

Not at this time, but we plan to offer promotions and special pricing in the near future.

We do not currently have international retailers. However, HSI Relax Releases are available through Silent Harbor Tactical in Marquette, MI.

Shipping & recent orders

Once your order ships, we can provide your tracking number by email or text message.

USPS Priority Mail deliveries typically arrive within 4–5 business days. Rush shipping options may also be available upon request.
